To prevent Covid-19 virus infection, we ask your cooperation in the following measures:
1. Come at the appointed time to avoid crowding.
2. Wear a mask.
3. Sanitize your hands with alcohol, and take your temperature before walk inside the Bell Tech building.

・The medical checkup is free, but the employees who leave Bell Tech before November 30, 2022 will be charged 7,000 yen (deduction from salary).
・Anyone who is unable to attend on the day of the checkup (except for those who will work on the day) will have to take the checkup on their own. (It is necessary to present the result to Bell Tech)
・Employees who go to work on the day of the chekup will have priority in attendance.
・On the day of the checkup, there will be no normal office hours at the Bell Tech office.

FAST on the day of the checkup. (Eat your last meal up to 10 hours before the checkup and avoid eating and/or drinking too much alcohol on the days before the checkup.)
Avoid eating candy, chewing gum, smoking cigarettes. You can drink water (200ml) only up to 2 hours before the checkup.
※Medicines: Follow your doctor's instructions.
※Hypertension:Take the medicine on the day of the checkup.
※Diabetes: Take the medicine the day before bed, and do not take it on the day of the checkup. (To avoid hypoglycemia)
※Others: Depending on the health conditions of the day, there is no problem in taking medication.X-RAY: It will be necessary to undress blouses or shirts that have buttons, pockets, prints, underwear with plastic or wire etc. Please come without necklaces, chokers.
Eye exam: Those who wear contact lenses or glasses, don't forget to wear them (bring them).
Electrocardiogram: Shoes and socks should be removed (avoid wearing pantyhose).
Along with the medical examination, an examination to check the degree of occupational stress will be carried out.
