Hi, my name is Mallory White, and I am the Youth Service Center Coordinator at WCMS/SHA. I look forward to working with you all this schoolyear, and please do not hesitate to reach out if you ever need anything! Listed below is the center's goal, and to the right are services/resources we offer.
OUR GOAL:Â We exist to remove barriers that negatively impact a student's ability to learn. When difficult circumstances are helped or removed altogether, a student's academic success can reach new heights.
SERVICES & RESOURCES WE OFFER:
- Clothes and shoes
- Drop-out prevention strategies
- Financial assistance (i.e. medical needs, insurance co-pays, rent, utilities)
- Food, personal hygiene items, school supplies, and other essential items
- Physical and mental health service referrals
- Training on various life skills (i.e. creating a budget, filing taxes, applying for jobs)
