Game Day

Players

• Wear a polo or button down shirt and khaki shorts or pants to school on home game days.

• For home games, we'll wear our school colors.

• For away games, we'll wear all white.

• Always bring both sets of uniforms to every game.

• For home games - arrive 45 minutes prior to game time.

• For away games - arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the bus departure time.

• Ball Boys

  • All freshmen and/or 8th graders are required to serve as ball boys for varsity home games as scheduled.

  • During post-season games, we will be expected to provide at least one ball boy per game.

• Set up and Close down

  • Players will help make sure sandbags are in place to anchor goals, pads are put on football goal posts and that flags are put out.

  • Players will make sure water coolers are filled for both the home and away teams before both the JV and Varsity games.

  • No player shall leave the facility until all equipment including flags, balls, water coolers etc., are put up.

• Transportation

  • All players MUST ride to away games (except otherwise specified) on the school bus.

  • After games, parents (or a designated and approved alternate) MUST sign players out who will not ride back on the bus.

Parents Volunteers

• Home Games

  • Help with Gate work.

  • Help run the scoreboard.

  • Help as a game announcer.

  • Help with concessions.

  • Help screen players when they arrive if necessary.

• Away Games

  • Help arrange and distribute pre-game meals.

  • Help with player sign outs.
