Welcome!
Hello and welcome to my classroom website! My name is Teresa Sculco, and I am so excited to be your 4th grade teacher this year at Catherine E. Doyle School.

This is my 18th year teaching, and I am passionate about helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. I believe in creating a classroom environment that is safe, supportive, and engaging for all learners.

A little about me: I graduated from the College of Saint Elizabeth with a degree in Elementary Education and Psychology, and I have certifications in P-3, Special Education, and Curriculum and Leadership. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy cooking/baking, gardening, or spending time with family.

Daily Routine:

Homework is recorded in student planner each day.

Students are required to write down all homework assignments clearly so they can stay on track and complete work on time. Parents are encouraged to initial your child's homework planner nightly to ensure homework is completed.

Breakfast/Snack is eaten in the classroom.

Please send a healthy snack each day. Students have a short break to enjoy their snack while remaining in the classroom. There is also an option to purchase breakfast through the school cafeteria.

Google Classroom is checked daily.

Students and parents are reminded to check Google Classroom regularly for updates, announcements, and assignment details from their teacher.
