WOMEN FOR GIRLS
Let’s equip for tomorrow,
together!
Empowering Women Through Inspiration, Knowledge, and Opportunity
At Womenful Voice, we believe that empowering women and girls through education is essential to society's growth and resilience. A professional woman serves not only as a source of inspiration but also as a powerful example that can help break cycles of poverty and limitlessness. Inspiration opens our minds to new possibilities, and access to information unlocks global opportunities.
Our Early Career Mentorship Program invites young women and girls to explore their unique talents, skills, and potential across various fields—including a new focus on STEM, thanks to our partnership with Aspire United Education. Over the course of eight weeks, participants will connect with accomplished women in a range of professions, gaining insights into career paths, STEM disciplines, and practical ways to turn their interests into rewarding careers.
From coding and engineering to the arts and entrepreneurship, this program inspires young women to envision possibilities for their futures while equipping them with essential skills, knowledge, and support networks. Join us on this journey to foster the next generation of female leaders, innovators, and changemakers.

About the program
The Early Career Mentorship Program offers young women in Haiti a unique opportunity to connect with accomplished female professionals in STEM and other high-demand fields, bridging the gap between education and career readiness. Designed for high school and college-aged participants, this program provides not only professional mentorship but also a pathway to personal and academic growth. We want to foster real-world connections for mentees to gain invaluable insights into career paths, practical guidance on building essential skills, and access to tools that support their personal and professional journeys.
Through engaging workshops, one-on-one sessions, and skill-building activities, participants are exposed to a wide range of fields, from technology and engineering to healthcare and entrepreneurship. Each mentor brings a wealth of expertise, encouraging mentees to explore new possibilities, set actionable career goals, and build a sustainable network for future growth. This mentorship experience emphasizes hands-on learning and knowledge-sharing, enabling participants to build confidence, sharpen their technical skills, and embrace their potential as future leaders and innovators.
Rooted in the mission to empower young women, the program also fosters a supportive community where mentees can exchange ideas, practice professional skills, and learn about the diverse opportunities that await them. With a strong emphasis on STEM education, digital literacy, and career-oriented training, the Early Career Mentorship Program is dedicated to preparing the next generation of Haitian women to break barriers, achieve their aspirations, and contribute meaningfully to their communities. Through this transformative experience, participants emerge equipped with not only the skills but also the confidence to make a positive impact in their lives and society.
