When you work with us, you'll be assigned a dedicated and experienced Health & Safety Manager who will become an extension of your team. Your manager will provide ongoing support with services, such as:
Acting as your dedicated Occupational Health and Safety Representative.
Handling WorksafeBC communication and documentation, responding to notices and ensuring compliance.
Reviewing, updating, and developing tailored safety policies and procedures to meet your company's needs and regulatory requirements.
Attending management meetings upon request and providing expert input, such as Joint Health and Safety Committees.
Conducting incident investigations and provide monthly reports to management.
Recommending improvements to your current Health and Safety program.
Performing site audits, assessing worker practices, site conditions, and overall compliance. Following each audit, a detailed report, including findings discussions, and photographs, will be provided to management.
All Site Visits within 120 km from Chilliwack BC will be free of charge. For Site Visits further than 120km, a mutually agreed upon charge will be decided upon.
Ordering and supplying safety equiment for the company, such as PPE and first aid kits.
A 10% discount will be applied to all purchases made through the Health and Safety Manager.
Scheduling, coordinating, and tracking worker training compliance
Assistanting management with other Health and Safety related duties as needed
