The LESS lab is hiring a Ph.D. student starting in Fall 2024!  

The expected student will be conducting research in natural hazard engineering, focusing on using both numerical and experimental methods to evaluate structural dynamic responses. Prospective candidates should be self-motviated,  possess a strong background in mathmatics and mechanics and some programing skills. Candidates already earned a master degree in engineering and have reserach experiences are preferred.   Interested applicants are welcomed to submit CVs, undergraduate and graduate transcripts ,  GRE score (if avaiable)  to Dr. Shao for review.
