Ms. Baldwin has taught all grade levels from Kindergarten through College 

in Ohio, New Jersey, North Carolina and Pennsylvania.

She has attended and has degrees in Music Education and Vocal Performance 

from Ohio Northern University, Bowling Green State University, University 

of North Carolina Greensboro and the Academy of Vocal Arts.

Ms. Baldwin had a professional performing and directing career before 

becoming the full time General Music teacher at Waldron Mercy Academy.

In 2002/03 Ms. Baldwin directed the WMA First through Fourth graders in an Oscar Mayer video featuring two Oscar Mayer jingles.   The WMA Oscar Mayer video won first place in the state of Pennsylvania and was in the top five nationally.

Ms. Baldwin has directed the Stars & Stripes Theatre productions at WMA since 2008.  

She directed the musicals at Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School for twenty years between 

1999 and 2018.

Ms. Baldwin also teaches private piano lessons at Waldron.

She is originally from Northwest Ohio and grew up on a farm.  She was 4-H Queen of the Defiance County Fair held in Hicksville, Ohio.
