Much Ado About Nothing marked my first experience performing in an outdoor venue. Staging the production in a Lynchburg community space required the team to set up and strike all technical equipment and show furniture each night.
To protect equipment and maintain efficiency, we developed detailed rain, setup, and strike plans that ensured nothing was left behind or exposed to potential weather damage.
The production featured a cast of 17 and a production team of 11. Because the performance site was separate from Endstation Theatre Company’s rehearsal and housing facilities, I also coordinated carpool plans for the cast and crew for every rehearsal and performance.
