Graduation Ticketing
Graduating Seniors will be sent an email directly to their school email account on May 15, 2023 with six tickets to either print or download and share with family/friends for admittance into graduation. The email will be sent directly from The University of Toledo Athletic Office. The subject of the email will read, "Whitmer High School Graduation Tickets for May 25, 2023."
Graduation Parking at UT
Parking will be available in Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 10. Parking in any other lots will be a $5.45 charge per day or will be subject to a $58.00 parking ticket that cannot be waived.
Reminder for Graduating Seniors
To maintain proper decorum throughout senior assembly and the graduation ceremony, please remember that graduates may not decorate caps or wear non-school issued cords or other paraphernalia during each event.

Mar 29: Cap & Gown distribution during lunches in Field House Lobby.
May 12: All fees due for Seniors. Prom Assembly in Auditorium at 8:00AM.
May 13: Senior Prom at The Premier Banquet Hall - 6:30-10:30PM. Dinner will be served at 7:00PM. No entry after 7:30PM. Prom Bids will be sold April 19-May 1, 2023 or until sold out. Only 500 bids will be sold. Bids are $60 per person.
May 19: Graduating Seniors' final day of instruction, last day to complete online courses, and Chromebook collection.
Senior Sunset Party - 7:00-9:00PM in the Whitmer Memorial Stadium. Food trucks, raffles and giveaways, cornhole and other games, and a special staff DJ!
May 22: No School for Graduating Seniors
May 23: Mandatory if walking in Graduation: Graduates report to the cafeteria at 7:40 AM for Senior Breakfast. After Senior Breakfast, immediately report to the field house in assigned seats for attendance and Graduation Rehearsal.
May 24: Mandatory if walking in Graduation: Graduates report to the Whitmer Field House at 7:40 AM in assigned seats for attendance. Immediately following, Senior Assembly to begin at 9:00 AM. Upon completion of Senior Assembly, release to Washington for junior high parade and then to elementary school parades. Students are responsible for their own transportation to elementary schools.
May 25: The graduation ceremony is at The University of Toledo Savage Arena. Each graduate will be allotted six tickets for the ceremony. Graduates report in caps and gowns to assigned seats at 4:00 PM in Savage Arena for attendance and pictures. Doors open for families to enter at 5:00 PM. Security check required. Ceremony begins promptly at 6:00 PM. Accessible seating available, as well as an elevator. Parking will be available in Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 10. Parking in any other lots will be a $5.45 charge per day or will be subject to a $58.00 parking ticket that cannot be waived.
