Welcome! If you have been notified that your child will be joining my class this school year, you have some "grown-up" homework to complete! :) This will help me ensure that I have all the information I need to guarantee we have an amazing year together.

Primary caregivers, please set aside around 45 minutes and complete this checklist before your Meet and Greet time.

(If you are joining our classroom family after the school year has already begun, please complete these tasks at your earliest opportunity.)

*This process will be easiest to complete on a computer but can be done on mobile if necessary.*

I have completed the following tasks at home:

☐ Read My "Welcome Letter" (2 min)

☐ "Guardian Acknowledgements and Agreements Forms" (5 min)

☐ "Child and Family Information Survey" (20 min)

This allows me to learn valuable information about your child and family that will inform my teaching and will give me a foundation to build upon during the year.

☐ Read Through "The Frequent Questions Page" (15 min)

At your meet and greet (or in your child's folder if joining our class after the start of the year), you will complete the following:

Emergency Dismissal Transportation Form (Provided By Teacher)
Daily Dismissal Form (Provided by Teacher)
Purchase A Class T-Shirt (If you are joining mid-year, please email wlesparentcouncil@gmail.com to request and purchase one.)
