五股國民中學位於新北市五股區，創立於民國五十七年。為解決學子就學問題，在山坡林地上披荊斬棘闢建而成。Established in 1968, Wugu Junior High School was built on a hillside in Wugu District to provide local students with access to the nine-year compulsory education system.

創校至今歷任校長均精心規劃，除陸續增建教室外，另闢建運動場、擋土牆等艱鉅工程。現有忠孝、仁愛、信義、和平、工藝五棟校舍及風雨操場「永耀明埕」。
Over the decades, the campus has evolved through meticulous planning, overcoming rugged terrain to build modern facilities, including five main buildings and the 'Yong Yao Ming Cheng' all-weather playground.

本校秉持著「人文、健康、永續、創新、國際」的教育理念，在生活、空間、教學、行政四面向上辛勤耕耘，寫下親師生共同努力的傳奇。我們致力於教學正常化、培育適性化及學習活潑化，結合境教優勢，讓學生在自然環抱中卓越成長。
