During high school, many people are stressed with all the things that are going on in their lives. There are many ways to cope with this. For instance, getting enough sleep is significant. To illustrate, if you have a lot of work to get done and you are stressed about it, getting enough sleep is key. This is because it energizes your body which can help you get more things done. Additionally, creating a schedule can also help cope with stress. To demonstrate, if you have a lot going on, by creating a schedule you will know how much time you can spend on each thing. In summary, some ways to cope with stress are getting a good amount of sleep and making a schedule for yourself.
