Anza Tahir -- November 6th
It seems that many people’s minds have been occupied by the question of when the world will end. As a result of climate change, pollution, and industrialization, this question has become more and more popular due to the rise of action on climate change recently. There have been many organizations dedicated to and a bigger focus on less contribution to plastic, planting more trees, and overall, attempting to help reverse climate change. However, recently, NASA has confirmed the year the world will end. This is an estimate; however, it is a confident estimate. NASA predicts for the world to end in the year 2600. Now, this is a year very far away from the current time period, but this might lead people to believe we are safe. This is 100% unfair to the future generation that will be living in 2600 and to all the work people have put into helping cool Earth down. More and more people will care even less about climate change, but it is important to take all steps necessary in making a change. We only have one Earth. Therefore, let this serve as a reminder to be thankful for Earth and treat it with gratitude as we approach Thanksgiving.
