Work Permit Information
To obtain a work permit from CCHS, please follow the instructions in the Work Permit Process by completing the following documents.
You may also stop by CCHS and pickup an application from the box next to the front office.
After you have completed the required documents, there are 3 options for completing the process:
Print, sign, scan and email all three documents to lisa.sanchez@wjusd.org
OR
Print, sign, and drop off in the CCHS office or in the black box outside the office
OR
Email all three completed documents to lisa.sanchez@wjusd.org and come into the office to sign.
It may take up to 48 hours to process all work permits.
Please do not wait until the last minute.
