- Have a clear learning target
- Provide an overview of what the lesson will entail
- ScreenCastify direct instructions, explanations and expectations
- Students have to manage their own time - add a time limit or embed a timer into the slide deck
- Link in another platform as well which takes them away from the slide deck - adds variety
- Come back to your slide deck with a reflection task- always model what you want students to do and give a template.
