Pledge to Donate a Private Scholarship

by APRIL 30th

to benefit the WHS Class of 2024!

(Payment due to WHS by April 30th)

We are currently in our WHS Scholarship Pledge Period to accept donations and commitments to donate funds to go towards scholarships for our 2024 Graduates of Woodsboro High School.

Donating towards a WHS Scholarship can have a direct impact on the trajectory of a student's life through education.  By helping WHS students pay for college, we are investing in both their future AND the future of our community. Making a gift of $250+ through a Private Scholarship or a gift of any size to the Eagle Scholars Scholarship Fund is a great way to help students achieve their goals & meet their potential.  Please consider giving as generously as you can.  The impact of your gift is immeasurable.

The scholarship money is due by April 30th to Cherie Morgan.  Checks payable to Woodsboro ISD.

Do I have to present my Private Scholarship to the recipient at the Scholarship Banquet?

No, you can ask another representative to present the award or the WHS announcer can give the award in your place.

Yes, if you donate in person, you will receive a receipt then or if you mail your donation, you will receive a receipt in the mail (remember to include a return address).

Is my donation tax deductible?

Yes. You will need to consult a tax professional to find out more.
