Martín Guerra

About me

I am a second year PhD student in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (UW-Madison). I work under the supervision of Professors Qin Li and Leonardo Zepeda-Núñez.

My research interests are in Applied and Computational Math. In particular, I am interested in Interactive Particle Systems and Scientific Machine Learning applied to Inverse Problems and Optimization.

I have a BSE in Mathematical and Computational Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC) in Santiago, Chile where I also got a Master's degree in Engineering Sciences under the supervision of Professor Carlos Sing-Long.
