Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering
University of Wisconsin-Madison
I am currently a PhD candidate in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison developing computational approaches in optimization and control. I completed my undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at Colorado State University in 2010, after which I spent five years in the Denver area working on physical modeling and simulation at both engineering startups and technology companies. My interests eventually brought me here to Madison where I am researching and developing computational approaches in optimization and cyber-physical systems under the guidance of Professor Victor M Zavala. When I am not doing research, I am usually either learning new software tools, training for the next marathon, visiting new restaurants, or hiking with my amazing dog Cash.
