How many exam dates can I sign up to be an assessor?
You can sign up for as many exam dates as are available. There is no limit.
Will there be an informational session or faculty materials before grading begins?
The DOM UME team will send you a confirmation email and information on grading multiple times before grading begins.
How will information be communicated to me?
All information will be communicated to you and your administrative assistance if listed via the email used to complete the SignUp Genius Form.
Will there be instructions on how to access online system?
Information and instructions on how to access and use the LearningSpace System will be sent to you in multiple emails.
How many student exams/videos will I grade?
You can expect to grade between 4-6 student videos per OSCE.
I signed up but am no longer available or sick, who should I contact/how do I cancel?
Please email Joe Orman (jorman@medicine.wisc.edu) as soon as you are aware you are no longer available.
How long of a timeframe is given to complete grading (how many days?)
OSCE grading is due 10 days after the date of the OSCE (the Monday of the 2nd week after the OSCE).

No, grading is done remotely and can be done at any time in the 10 days after the OSCE occurs.
