Attending the Event
In order to attend our event, you must complete both steps below:

1. Register for NeurIPS 2026 here (opens 30th July).
   In-person: To attend our in-person event, you need to register either for the NeurIPS “Conference” or “Workshops” session. Registering for either physical component will grant you access to WiML.
   Virtual: If you are attending virtually, the NeurIPS “Virtual Only Pass” will suffice. 

The deadline for early registration (with reduced rates) will be announced soon!

Information about visa application, including visa letter invitation, can be found here. 

2. Fill in our WiML participation form (free): WiML Workshop 2026 Participation Form (soon available) This form helps us keep a headcount. 

Notes 

• Any physical (in-person) registration includes the NeurIPS ‘Virtual Only Pass’ and as such provides a pass to our virtual component too. 

• Attendees who are attending only virtually using the NeurIPS “Virtual Only Pass” registration, will be able to access the livestream links of our in-person event.
