The goal of this program is to provide mentorship to early-career women and non-binary people studying and/or working in machine learning. The program will run between September 2025 and May 2026. Application deadlines are indicated in the "Timeline" section. Late applications will be considered with a lower priority.
This year, we will have two cohorts of mentees and we are also looking for mentors:
Mentees for this program are Post-graduate degree applicants and Post-Master's/post-Ph.D. industry job seeker,
Mentors for this program are all (women, nonbinary, allies) individuals with experience & availability to participate!
a post-graduate degree applicant cohort of Women and non-binary graduates applying for research-oriented degree programs in machine learning (Master’s and doctoral) during 2025–2026.
a post-Master's/post-Ph.D. job seeker cohort of Women and non-binary graduates who have just completed or are close to completing a post-graduate (Master’s and doctoral) degree program, and will search for applying for industry jobs in machine learning during 2025–2026.
Your submitted information will be shared with WiML Organizers and the WiML Board. You will also be asked for consent to contribute aggregated, anonymized data to WiML reports and publicity.

- 7th Sept: application deadline (soft deadline, applications received by this date will be given a priority)
- 15th of Sept: acceptance notification
Industry job seekers
- 21th Sept: application deadline (soft deadline, applications received by this date will be given a priority )
- 15th of Oct: acceptance notification
