Hi there, I'm Mrs. Richardson, your student's school counselor.

This is my 2nd year as a Well's Beaver. I'm super excited to be a part of this fantastic school family!

So...What does an elementary school counselor do?

I am here to advocate for students. Some of the ways I help are:

being a confidential listening ear for students

help students generate solutions to their problems

assist students with setting personal and academic goals

make referrals to community agencies to support families

support students through difficult situations

facilitate student focus groups

and much more.
