TNReady Online Testing Demo Now Available

Students in grades 6-8 and high school students in EOC courses will be taking the TNReady assessment online. The Tennessee Department of Education has launched a public demo site to help parents and students get familiar with Nextera, the state’s new online assessment platform.

The general public—including parents and students—can access the demo on the Tennessee Comprehensive Assessment Program public demo site to see sample questions, familiarize themselves with the platform format, and experience online testing. It is not meant to be a demonstration of content, as there are a limited number of items available for math, English language arts, and social studies. An answer key is provided for each subject area. For more information on online testing, visit Tennessee Department of Education Online Testing.

We are working diligently on the district and each school’s website to achieve our goal of Level AA accessibility. We are in the process of redesigning sites, pages, and documents while monitoring the websites regularly to maintain accessibility for all users. Also, the district and schools websites are in the process of being designed using code compliant with W3C standards for HTML and CSS ensuring all sites display correctly in current browsers on desktop and mobile devices.
