Students/Families
This site will provide you with all the information you'll need to have a successful experience during your senior year. Each of the pages above has specific details about each aspect of your team and will ensure you have all the necessary tools at your disposal to properly prepare for college. All information will be regularly updated to maintain accuracy and relevancy for everyone.
The home page will have all of the important timelines and dates to keep everyone informed about Senior specific events/activities.

YEARBOOK & CLASS NIGHT PHOTO SUBMISSIONS
You will need to submit NO LESS than 8 photos for your senior page in the yearbook.
● There can ONLY be 2 baby photos
● Pictures that are printed on paper must be in a Ziplock bag labeled with your name and turned in to Mrs. Linder by December 1st.
● Photos will be accepted or rejected at the discretion of the yearbook staff.
● Photos must be a minimum of 1 (MG) megabyte in size. Facebook & Instagram photos CANNOT be used due to the size requirements because those apps reduce the size of photos dramatically.
NO CHANGES OR ADDITIONS WILL BE MADE AFTER December 1st. If you have not submitted your photos by this date, you may not have a senior page in the yearbook or have pictures included in the Class Night Video. Please start making plans now.
STEPS FOR ONLINE SUBMISSION:
1. Go into your school Google Drive and select the “Shared With Me” folder on the left OR check your student email for an invitation to join the Senior Portraits folder.
2. Select the folder named “Senior Portraits 23/24”.
3. Create your own folder inside this folder with your first and last name. (If it asks, be sure to allow your uploaded documents to be shared with the people in the folder.)
4. Upload your pictures to your individual folder. (If you are asked about the size, be sure to select the largest option.)
5. If you cannot access your folder, you may email your pictures to sonya.linder@williamstown.kyschools.us, bryan.marshall@williamstown.kyschools.us and jonathan.popham@williamstown.kyschools.us
Need help getting senior pictures taken by the deadline? Yearbook staff members are available to take them for you. Please email or stop by and see Mrs. Linder for details.
~ ALL PHOTOS ARE DUE BY December 1st, but they can be submitted anytime before then.
