The collaboration between WiCyS UKI and LT Harper aims to amplify efforts in empowering and advancing women in the cyber industry. ‘WiCyS UKI Affiliate are delighted to partner with LT Harper. They are a force for change in the cyber security industry making a demonstrable impact on diversity, equity and inclusion in the sector. We look forward to supporting each other's communities and leveraging their employability expertise,’ said Zoe Mackenzie, Co-President of WiCyS UKI Affiliate. ‘LT Harper joins the dots between diverse candidates and real opportunities, making this an invaluable partnership for our members.’

Through this collaboration, amongst other initiatives, WiCyS UKI and LT Harper plan to launch a 12 month webinar series to enhance the employability of women in cyber. This will include sessions on how to craft the ideal cyber CV, building a personal brand on LinkedIn, how to network effectively and how to ace interviews.

‘Diversity, equity and inclusion have always been my top priority when it came to recruitment. It was the reason I set up LT Harper back in 2017. That’s why we couldn’t be more thrilled to partner with WiCyS – we are 100% aligned in our mission to make the industry a more inclusive and supportive space. We’re excited to bring our recruitment expertise to help facilitate this, focusing specifically on women’s advancement’, said Kunjal Tanna, Co-Founder of LT Harper. ‘We believe that diverse teams lead to more robust cyber security practices, and this partnership aligns perfectly with our mission to connect people to secure the digital world.’

Beginning this September, the collaboration between WiCyS UKI and LT Harper reflects a shared vision of breaking down barriers and building an ecosystem where women thrive in cyber security. By combining their resources and networks, they aim to make a lasting impact on the industry, fostering a culture of inclusivity and innovation.
