Former Student

Please email Mrs. Wagner in the Guidance Office to request a copy of your high school transcript - jwagner@whsdk12.com or call (570) 253-2046 x 1024.

When you make your request, please provide the following information:

• Year you graduated (if you did not graduate, indicate the year you last attended)
• Your full name including your last name when you attended Honesdale High School
• Name and address of where transcripts are to be sent. If being used for educational purpose - name and address of college or military branch. If being using to provide proof of graduation for employment, your transcript may be sent to you.

HONESDALE HIGH SCHOOL does NOT keep COPIES OF DIPLOMAS nor can we reproduce a diploma.

TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 5 SCHOOL DAYS
