Transcript Request

If you are applying to a school, transcripts need to be sent directly to that school. If you need proof of graduation for employment, transcripts can be sent directly to you.

For current HHS Students

Please stop by the Guidance Office to request an official copy of your transcript.

Unofficial transcripts are available to view or print 24/7 using the student/parent portals in SIS.

For former HHS Students

If you are a former HHS student and wish a copy of your high school transcript please:

Provide the following:
- year of graduation or if you did not graduate the last month and year of attendance
- your full name when you attended
- name and address of where the transcripts are to be sent
- any other instructions pertaining to the request of sending out your transcript
- your current contact info in case we have questions and need to contact you

We do not maintain copies of diplomas nor can we produce a new one if lost or stolen.
