DRB-Tunnel Handler Reset

Method 1 - TunnelWatch Operations

1. Log into the tunnelwatch computer

2. Navigate to the Operations page

3. Click Advanced Troubleshooting < Reset Tunnel Handler 

4. Confirm the reset in the pop up window 

Method 2 - TWReset Batch File 

1. Navigate to the desktop by minimizing the TunnelWatch window. This may be easier with a wireless mouse and keyboard.

(If the TWReset.bat file is on the desktop, skip to step 9)

2. Long press the Windows icon (bottom left-corner) 

3. Tap File Explorer 

4. Locate the D drive and tap the icon 

5. Double tap the TW folder 

6. Scroll down the file menu until you see TWRESET.BAT 

7. Long press TWRESET.BAT and select OPEN

8. A command prompt will appear. If the On-screen keyboard does not come up, select it in the bottom right

9. Tap back into the command prompt with the on-screen keyboard open

10. Press "y" on the keyboard and the application will run.
