I am a Florida native but Cleveland has been my home for about 26 years. I really feel very blessed to live and work in such a special place....the Northeast Georgia mountains! My parents currently live in Blairsville and I have one older sibling that lives in South Carolina. My Family is very important to me so I'm thankful they are nearby so we can visit often. I really enjoy the outdoors...hiking, running, horseback riding, and gardening. I also enjoy time at the beach and the lake with my friends. I LOVE animals! Your child will hear the name, Sydney, quite often! Sydney is my four year old Australian Shepherd. I love to share little stories about her with my students. She is full of energy and antics! I also share my home with a little cat named Stella and a 18 year old African Grey parrot named Gilbert. They keep me very busy and amused when I'm not in my classroom teaching! :)
