Bio:
Joyce Morgan has worked in the White County School System for 20 years. She moved from Hall County 18 years prior where she was a stay at home mom for 8 years and worked with her husband in his business. Prior to this she worked for First Wachovia Bank in Gainesville Georgia for 11 years.
She has been married to Richard Morgan for 44 years and has one child, Ben Morgan and 2 grandchildren.
