Concerns & Complaints Policy - here
We are required to remind parents of our complaints procedure. Concerns and complaints are best dealt with at the time. Your first port of call, if you have a concern or complaint, should be to your child’s class teacher.
If the outcome is not satisfactory, then make a time to meet with the principal – Hinei Taute.
If this is not satisfactory, you can write a letter to the Board.
