Number Theory Intro
Number theory is the study of whole numbers and their properties. Number Theory is considered to be the “queen of mathematics” due to its beauty and importance within mathematics as a whole. But in today’s reference Number Theory is considered to be a part of “pure mathematics”, this means that most people who study Number Theory do not have any real world application to it in their research. Number Theory comes into real world problems with things like modern cryptography.
