Scholars of Tomorrow

The following 9th Grade Students have been named Scholars of Tomorrow:

There are three qualifications which must be met to be a Scholar of Tomorrow.

1) The student must be in the 9th grade.

2) The student must have at least a 3.5 GPA at the end of the first semester.

3) The student must average at least 98 points, 85% of the possible points, on

character rubrics completed by a committee of teachers.

The rubric covers the first five pillars of character: trustworthiness, respect,

responsibility, fairness and caring.

Since 9th graders are not eligible for High School National Honor Society, this is a way of recognizing their achievements.
