The Westwood High School Water Polo Booster Club (WPBC) has applied to be a non-profit, 501c3 organization of parents, alumni, and community members whose overall mission is to promote and support water polo at Westwood High School.
The Westwood High School Water Polo Booster Club (WPBC) has applied to be a non-profit, 501c3 organization of parents, alumni, and community members whose overall mission is to promote and support water polo at Westwood High School.
WPBC assists with identifying the needs of the Water Polo team through open communication with Coaches, Aquatics staff, Administration, Athletes, and Parents/Guardians.

Parents/Guardians are the heart of the WPBC. We work together throughout the school year to ensure our athletes have an amazing season. We do this through a variety of volunteer activities such as:

- providing lunches before Home Games,
- purchasing new and maintaining existing equipment,
- arranging team bonding activities and events, honoring our Seniors,
- and hosting an End-of-Season Celebratory Banquet.
The funds raised by the WPBC provide for the majority of the operating expenses for the Water Polo program. We want to continue to make a lasting impact on the future of Water Polo at Westwood HS and our athletes.

Now that water polo is a UIL sport, WPBC fills the gap between what the district provides for the sport of water polo at Westwood High School and what is actually needed and desired to run the program through fundraising.
