It’s that time of year again! Mayfest has finally come around for West Perry. Mayfest is a day where every club comes up with an activity or something to sell for the afternoon. It normally lasts around an hour and a half and students can just walk around or sit on the bleachers. Students can enjoy themselves playing cornhole, ultimate frisbee, etc. There are many refreshing treats such as milkshakes from FFA and sorbet. WHIP club made coffee and refreshers. Yearbook club had their normal plinko boards to win some treats.
Mr. Weaver spends lots of time and effort trying to make Mayfest happen and be an enjoyable time for students. Each club has to sign up beforehand to do an activity so they can do the proper forms to be able to send things. Let us know what kinds of things you would like to see from WHIP club at Mayfest next year!
