Students produce seven issues of the Wolf Pride, which is the school newspaper for WHS.
Students interested in a fun activity that teaches about the real world of journalism.
Students should have an interest in writing about a variety of topics. It is also possible to practice photography and digital design skills in the class.
Students will produce monthly issues of the Wolf Pride newspaper by assuming the role of reporters working on writing a variety of articles. Students also have the opportunity to take photographs, edit the work of their peers, and design page layouts using design software.
Journalism experience is great to add to college applications. Your experience working on a team is also fantastic to add to job applications!
