Use of CRISPR technology to genetically engineer treatments for human diseases
Improving the testing and treatment for modern human diseases
Development of medical inventions
Planning for the next medical pandemic
This class would be a great option for any student who is interested in a career in the medical, health care, or bioscience field. This course would also be a great experience for any student who enjoys hands-on learning, laboratory experiments, and solving problems using innovation and exploration.
This course will be offered at the new Ranum campus beginning in the Fall of 2024. Students will be provided one-way transportation and the course will be double-blocked in either the morning or afternoon. Students will sign a contract committing to participation in the entirety of the course.
Students may be able to earn core credit through engagement in these courses.
