1. Your parent can review your CASFA by clicking on each section or clicking on Save and Continue to go through each page.
2. To sign the CASFA, they need to click on Save and Continue.
3. Your parent will need to click on View Form and check the box. Click Next.
4. Your parent will read the agreement and then click to give consent to provide an electronic signature. Click Next.
5. Your parent must click the box, acknowledging the technology requirements needed. Click Next.
6. Your parent will type in their first name, last name and account password. These must match the information provided when their account was created. To SUBMIT your CASFA, click Next.
Once you click NEXT, you are submitting your CASFA and you can NOT make any changes!
