Beloved unwreathed artisans of the West Kingdom,
You are invited to present your skills and talents in this year's Unwreathed Artisan's Display. This is a wonderful opportunity to share your art and work with the Kingdom and those visiting us from around the Knowne World. All event attendees, not only our lovely Laurels, are encouraged to visit the Display throughout the event so they can meet you, and learn more about you and your art.
If you are interested in participating, you must submit a request using the West Kingdom Twelfth Night 2024 Unwreathed Artisans Display Participation Request Form.
Submissions will be accepted until noon on Wednesday, November 22, 2023.
Dependent upon the number of artisans presenting displays, I expect to have ½ table available per artisan (approximately 3' x 3').
Artisans are responsible for setting up, monitoring, and taking down their own displays, not the Display Coordinator or event staff.
While artisans are not required to sit with their displays all day, you are expected to spend some time sitting with your display throughout the day.

No. The hotel's policies prevent food from being included in artisan displays.
The average display space will be 48" x 30" and you will be sharing an eight-foot long table with another artisan. If you anticipate needing more space, there is a field for you to provide information.
