Do I need to Pre-Register?

There is no pre-registration or cost to attend this event!

How do I attend?

On the day of the event the main webpage will have a Zoom link to join for all classes and activities. We recommend you make sure you have the latest version of Zoom downloaded. (https://zoom.us/download)

How do i get a site token?

Physical site tokens are available! To request one, please send an e-mail to melisa.white@comcast.net with your mundane name and address.

Can I volunteer to help?

Yes! Click to the Volunteer page and fill out the form so our volunteer coordinator can contact you!

I would like to moderate a specific class?

When you fill out the volunteer form make a note or reach out to our Volunteer Coordinator at tellina@westkingdom.org and we'll see if we can make it happen!

I can't easily see the schedule on my device, what can I do?

Click over to our class schedule page and you will find a google spreadsheet that you can view as well as the official KWHSS Google Calendar that lets you add classes to your own calendar.

will there be a Discord?

We will be running a social Discord server for folks who enjoy connecting in that medium> https://discord.gg/4qFNbmfN4E

Will there be social rooms?

Watch the schedule for art social salons! Our Lobby hosts will be able to direct you to social spaces where you can go to relax with friends between classes.

Will classes be recorded?

Many classes will be recorded, with instructor permission. An announcement will be made at the start of the class, and you are welcome to keep your own camera on or off as you choose.

I need to reschedule/change my class/demo/lecture, how do I do this?

Please contact the coordinator for your track (Herald/Scribe) and we are happy to help!

When are proceedings due?

Proceedings are due by 5pm Pacific time on Monday, July 12. Please e-mail your submissions in PDF format to damir@westkingdom.org by then for inclusion.
