This is a crowd-sourced Carrollton community map, which collected the places that current UWG students recommended. This interactive map provides curated, useful, and important place information based on current UWG students' experiences. It will be useful and helpful information for UWG freshmen and transfer students, who do not know much about Carrollton.

You can navigate Carrollton using three tools:

• The Filter tool in the top right of the display lets you pick a place to visit based on your preferred experience with plenty of detail to make a decision to have a good time. You can remove a filter by clicking the Reset filters button;

• The Info Summary tool lets you scroll through all 150+ carefully curated places. This is fun use, especially if you want to visit a new and potentially random place in Carrollton; and

• The Near Me tool lets you type your address, search your current location using the Find my location button, or drop a pin on your residence, and the map will give you useful results all within a 0.5 mile radius. Before using this tool, make sure to reset filters, if needed.

When you click a symbol on the map, you can find detailed information about the place, including students' descriptions about the place, number of students who recommended (popularity), and a link to its homepage, picture, or information on Google Map.
