Hello Students! Welcome to the 2020-2021 academic year! I'm excited to get to know you and help you develop your English language and literacy skills in the context of interesting themes and topics.
I teach in Room 211 during periods 1 & 2 at Edison Intermediate School, and I teach in Room 218 during periods 5 & 6 at Westfield High School.

I have over 12 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language, mainly at the secondary level (grades 6-12) in New Jersey and New York City. I earned my Master of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from New York University and value my role as an advocate for my students. Teaching is my passion and I consider myself a lifelong learner. Right now I am learning how to keep my plants alive. :)
