The below are all required to participate in athletics in Westerville City Schools:
Sports physicals (valid for 13 months from date administered)(Spanish Version of Physical Form)
Pay to participate fees and any school related fees, must be paid in full prior to the first competition for each sport.

All athletes must meet eligibility requirements established for Westerville City School. Eligibility requirements include passing at least 5 classes and a minimum of a 1.75 GPA.
