During the holidays I went to Christchurch with my brother, my mum and my dad. we were in Christchurch 10 days then we went to nelson 5 days and 4 nights. while we were in Christchurch we went to diamond harbour for 2 days and stayed in our friends Bach. Did you know more than 11,200 aftershocks have been recorded by GNS Science since the first Canterbury earthquake, in 2010 until 2012. The magnitude-7.1 earthquake struck 11 km beneath Darfield at 4.35 am on September 4, 2010.
