WERC Instructional Coaching is a collaborative, job-embedded support model designed to empower educators and strengthen classroom practice. Our coaches partner with teachers and school leaders to provide personalized guidance, model effective strategies, and support the implementation of high-quality instruction. Grounded in research and responsive to each school’s unique needs, WERC coaching builds capacity, fosters professional growth, and ultimately enhances student learning outcomes.
