With 13 years in education, I am entering my second year with WERC as an Instructional Coach and Operations Officer serving our Southern Region. What I love most about education is coming alongside educators—to listen, encourage, problem-solve, and help them feel more confident in the important work they do every day.

My greatest passions are literacy, early childhood, and supporting students with Dyslexia. I love connecting research and best practices to what happens in real classrooms and helping educators turn knowledge into meaningful action. My hope is to bring both knowledge and heart to the educators I serve while inspiring literacy trailblazers who believe every child can learn and thrive.

Outside of WERC, my favorite place to be is with my family. We enjoy golfing, traveling, home projects, church activities, and cheering on our kids through all of their adventures. Life is full, sometimes chaotic, and always better when we’re together.
