I have been in the education field since 2012 and am currently completing the Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment graduate program at the University of Mary. This year marks my first as a School Improvement Coach with WERC, and I’m excited to serve as a resource for our regional schools. I look forward to supporting educators through site visits, coaching, mentoring, and professional development, all with the goal of improving student outcomes and strengthening instructional practices.

Outside of work, I enjoy a busy and fulfilling life with my family on our ranch near Grassy Butte, ND. My husband and I are raising five kids who are active in rodeo, volleyball, and track. As a family, we spend our time riding horses, working cattle, hunting, and traveling.
