Regional School Improvement Coach | Multilingual Learners Specialist
I have worked in education since 2012 and bring a strong passion for supporting schools, educators, and student success. As a School Improvement Coach, I partner with schools through coaching, mentoring, site visits, and professional development to strengthen instructional practices and improve student outcomes. My experience in education has helped me develop expertise in communication, data analysis, strategic planning, and collaborative leadership.
I hold a Master of Education in Curriculum, Assessment, and Instruction, which has provided me with a strong foundation in effective teaching practices, student learning, and continuous school improvement. I am committed to helping educators use data-driven strategies, build strong systems of support, and create meaningful learning experiences for all students.
Outside of my professional role, I enjoy life with my family on our ranch near Grassy Butte, North Dakota, where we stay active with rodeo, sports, horses, cattle, and travel.Â
