TRAC Extension Activity

We have been teaching TRAC at WMS for about 13 years (it used to be CART!) and have attempted, over and over again, to come up with a tool for students to use to easily "TRAC" their sources.
Your Challenge:
Look through all the TRAC sheets we've used in the past and create a one-slide tool to help students see if their sources "pass TRAC." You can use parts from previous sources or create your own completely from scratch.
The Rules:
Your TRAC tool should:
Fit on one slide only
Help students determine whether their source is a good one to use
Be visually appealing
You can work on this as a team or on your own.
