At this station, you will use your iPad and keep track of your predictions and results on your stations handout.
Scenario: Imagine you are interested in how polar bears stay warm in the freezing climates where they live.
Part 1:
On your handout, brainstorm some keywords you think will help make sure you’re on the right track (we’ve filled two for you already).
Part 2:
Look at these two websites and answer use them to answer the questions on your handout.
Using the FIND tool (Command F)
Launch the FIND tool by holding down the command button and the F key at the same time.
This brings up a textbox that you can add a word to. It will let you know how many times the keyword appears on the page. Your keyword will also be highlighted on the page.
